Keyman/Sample Mask Purchase Requirements: This site is for HydroOptix certified VisTA (Vision Trained and Authorized) affiliates only. Before ordering a sample mask, you must first register at www.hydrooptix.biz and then complete the HydroOptix on-line VisTA Certification program. By making a purchase at this location, you acknowledge that you understand the vision requirements and proper use of the HydroOptix scuba mask.

Keyman/Sample Mask pricing is only available to qualified scuba professionals who hold a valid Instructor, Assistant Instructor, or Dive Master certification and who have completed the HydroOptix on-line VisTA Certification program. All submissions for sample masks are subject to review and approval by HydroOptix within the U.S.A. In many regions outside the U.S.A., HydroOptix has exclusive arrangement with local Distributors. Your qualification for Keyman/Sample pricing may be subject to approval of the Retailer / Distributor in your area.

International customers will be responsible for local taxes and duties, if any.
